tribute to our legend
Like Father Like Son is the signature dish of De Leuf. It is a combination of “Scents of the Sea”, the signature dish of Paul van de Bunt (late father of the current chef, ✝ 2014) and a dish by his son Robin van de Bunt.
Various shellfish and two preparations of oyster: Paul’s classic with flavours of lemongrass and lime leaf and, of course, Robin’s Asian flavours in a new, contemporary version.
The application of nitrogen when serving creates a special visual and scented experience.
